Collection of statutory records from stockists like, copies of valid licenses like drug, sales tax, state tax laws.Monitoring in allocation & dispatching of stocks to C&F depots and super stockists.Indentify and flagging of slow moving, non-moving & near expiry products and communicate to sales department for action.Inventory Management at all levels : Central godown / C&F / SS / Stockist.Processing of claims of C&F agents & PCD’s parties.Institutional supplies – quotes, documentation and execution.General follow up of payment with Stockist.-GM/BM/BDM/BDE/ STOCKISTS/ CA.Maintenance of adequate stock as per company policy.Issuing of Price list / addendum to price list at periodic intervals.Issuing circulars to trade if any.Collection SSS from Stockists and flash the primary and secondary sales data- CA.Collection relevant reports on weekly & monthly basis for MIS generation.Ensure actions under negotiable instruments act in cheque dishonor cases.Timely dispatch of goods through reliable transporters.Filing of Marine Insurance claims and recovery of the amount.Filing of declaration of dispatches etc. with the insurance company as per insurance policy.Destruction of godown expiries stocks in line with drug law provisions- CA.Checking and approving transporters bills.Checking of parties claims like, Expiry-breakage, free scheme reimbursement and settle as per company policy.Obtaining LOC from AIOCD for marketing new packs and products.Review of PPIC-ABC-MOQ analysis and proposed purchase plan as per forecast of Sales department.Working with sales team to achieve distribution / collection goals.Co-ordinate with Vendors / Suppliers / godown & total vender management / Indentifying, developing & services.
